Every legacy has a beginning.
In 1870, our great-grandfather laid the foundation of what would become a cherished family tradition. With a passion for authentic sweets, dedication to quality, and a belief in serving every customer with warmth, he began a journey that continues to this day. Though his photograph may not have survived the passage of time, his values, recipes and vision live on in every generation that followed.
